RYA Day Skipper Theory – Online<\/span><\/h3>\n

The RYA Day Skipper Theory Online Course<\/strong> offered by Ardent Training<\/strong> is a comprehensive program designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of chartwork, navigation, meteorolog<\/strong>y, and the basics of seamanship.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Course Highlights<\/h3>\n

The course comprises 15 modules filled with interactive activities and knowledge checks to enhance the distance learning<\/strong> experience.<\/p>\n

The course is delivered in both video and text formats, allowing for flexible and personalized learning. Students have unlimited on-demand support from world-class RYA instructors. Completing this course will boost confidence and competence, enabling students to transition from crew member to day skipper.<\/p>\n

Course Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The RYA Day Skipper theory course<\/strong> is delivered in both text and video formats. Each module is broken down into engaging lessons followed by knowledge checks. Students also have module assessments, which comprise official RYA exercise questions. All module assessments are reviewed by our qualified instructors, who provide personal feedback on the student\u2019s progress.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

RYA Day Skipper Theory Exam<\/h3>\n

Once all the coursework is completed, we help students determine if they’re ready for the online RYA Day Skipper Theory exam. This exam consists of two 1.5-hour papers and is completed at home. Personal feedback is provided from the examiner.<\/p>\n

The exam is included in the course fee (unless it needs to be invigilated for commercial purposes), and our team won’t give up on any student until they pass.<\/p>\n

Following successful completion, students receive the RYA Day Skipper Shorebased certificate<\/strong>. To obtain the full RYA Day Skipper course qualification, students will also need to complete a practical part of the course at a practical centre of their choosing.<\/p>\n
