Who is this for?
The Fire Safety for Fire Marshals at Work qualification is intended for for those that are undertaking the role of a fire marshal in a workplace. The qualification builds on the QNUK Level 1 Award in Fire Awareness at Work (RQF) and includes safe evacuation and personal emergency evacuation plans (PEEPS).
Pre-Requisites:
This qualification is available to those over 14 years. Learners should be at least a level 1 numeracy and literacy or equivalent

The Fire Safety for Fire Marshals at Work qualification has been developed t o enable candidates to meet the requirements for fire marshals in a workplace.

- Explain how to use fire extinguishers
- Actions in the event of a fire
- Fire Awareness
- Fire controls
- Understand and how to use f ire extinguishers,

- Personal emergency evacuation plans

- Communicating with the emergency services
We provide WET practice with Fire Extinguisher Practice on this course as standard.
The content has. been written to meet accepted guidelines. The delivery will be tailored to the needs of the employer.
This may include undertaking a fire evacuation; additional time may be required.
